Happy new year rockstars. Today's show was special, as I was joined by my dear friend Felix Huber aka Flax Hubzzy. Our conversation was focused around his new album, "GORGEOUS OR TONIGHT I LEFT HOME IN A THUNDERSTORM, MY SKIN IS WET AND MY BLOOD IS WARM" which came out on the 30th of December. 

Felix curated an excellent playlist consisting of songs from the new record, plus a selection of tracks by other artists that inspire him.

Hello and happy December, rockers. Today I talked about some of my favourite NZ releases and gigs I've been to this year! 

I've played a healthy dose of Filipino (and in general Southeast Asian) hc/punk/emo on the show but I kept it mostly NZ today due to time. And there's been so much great music coming out of Ōtepoti and Aotearoa this year, an hour is definitely not enough to talk about it all.

Today's show was a Filipino hardcore/punk/emo special - I felt inspired after seeing the huge anti-corruption protests in the Philippines and knew I had to spotlight some Pilipinas HC and alternative.
